RTE Lifestyle section contains recipes from many well-known chefs.

Safefood - Safefood's role is to promote awareness and knowledge of food safety and nutrition in Ireland. It includes a section on healthy recipes.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland  - The FSAI has responsibility for co-ordinating the enforcement of food safety legislation in Ireland.

Take a minute to ask yourself the following questions.

Accuracy

• Is the information reliable and error-free?
• Is there an editor or someone who checks the information?

Authority

• What are the author’s qualifications for writing on this subject?

Coverage

• What are the topics included in the work?

Currency

• Is the content of the work up-to-date?
• Is the publication date clearly labelled?
• Broken links are one measure of an out-of-date page

Objectivity

• Is the information presented with a minimum of bias?
• To what extent is the information trying to sway the opinion of the audience?
