Importantly, journal articles that are published in scholarly academic journals are "peer-reviewed" which means they have been critically reviewed and evaluated by experts in the field before being approved for publication, so you can be confident that you are getting excellent quality information.
The Library provides access to thousands of journals with the majority available online using your GMIT login credentials. As long as you go via library.gmit.ie all journals will be available to you both on and off campus.
Use the eJournals Finder tool to search by title, keyword, ISSN or browse by discipline.
Type in your keywords, when you find the article, click on its title for more information of click on the 'full text' button to read the article online.
